As an educator, Ms. Edwards is on the voice faculty at Washington National Cathedral and the Peabody Preparatory at the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins. In addition to her private studio lessons, she has a passion for teaching masterclasses in techniques of the 17th-18th centuries and group voice classes for choral singers.
She is the current director for the Peabody Summer Vocal Academy (Junior). As a clinician, she was formerly the Junior Chorister Director for the National Cathedral Sacred Music Festival and Royal School of Church Music. Before moving to Maryland, she was the Interim Director & Voice Faculty of the St. Paul's Fine Arts Academy in Houston, TX.
She has presented lectures, masterclasses and workshops at The Sunderman Conservatory of Music, Towson University, University of York, UK, the University of Baltimore, the Peabody Preparatory of the Johns Hopkins, the Royal School of Church Music, Society for American Music, the American Musicological Society and the American Harp Society,.
