Empressa Ensemble brings Jodi Goble’s evocative opera Isle of the Fay to Baltimore’s historic Carroll Mansion. Inspired by Poe’s haunting tale the work explores a dreamlike encounter between the mortal and the supernatural, set against the museum’s atmospheric backdrop.
